I’m writing this email to sincerely thank you for the wonderful customer service I received when I called your company about my money counter! My machine is roughly 6 years old, and this was the first time I have had to call for service.
At 8:30 pm on Thursday night, I called looking for someone to walk me through repair procedures, expecting to leave a message and get a call back Friday or Saturday, like some companies do. Instead, John picks up the line and says, “How can I help you”. I was astounded and told him so. I couldn’t believe I had a real person, and not an answering machine!
After a 10 minute phone conversation, he had my money counter working great again, and I’m back to taking good care of my business, because he takes such good care of his. WOW! Thanks!
